The ESP LTD EC-201 Black Satin is a no-nonsense riff-machine that's sure to grab everyone's immediate attention thanks to a single-cut mahogany body that comes finished with multi-ply binding to create a striking colour contrast. Polished off with an antique nickel cover for extra cool points, the lone ESP Designed LH-150B humbucker at the bridge of this black-cloaked electric guitar can be coil-split using the fitted push/pull volume pot to whip up a fresh set of sounds.

The EC-201: Modern Playability

As expected of a serious single-cut model, the ESP LTD EC-201 has a 24.75-inch scale length which combines with 24 extra jumbo frets and a flat 13.75-inch radius jatoba fretboard for a more than satisfying playing feel. Meanwhile, the guitar offers plenty of grip, accommodates string bends without abrupt note cut-offs, and has been loaded with a traditional TOM bridge-and-stopbar combo to complete a stable, resonance-focussed build.
